Business Sales

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, products supplied by CNC Solutions Ltd are supplied for commercial, industrial or professional use on a business-to-business basis.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by CNC Solutions Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, product availability, incorrect product information, suspected fraud or circumstances beyond our control.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all product specifications, dimensions, drawings, technical requirements and delivery details are correct before placing an order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including personalised, modified, special-order and made-to-order items, are non-refundable unless proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Where drawings, specifications or technical details are provided for approval, the Customer is responsible for checking and approving them before manufacturing begins. Once approval is given, CNC Solutions Ltd will proceed based on the approved information.

Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled once production, procurement or manufacturing has begun.

Lead Times

Any lead times provided are estimates only. Lead times may vary due to production schedules, supplier availability, shipping delays, customs delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Customers informed of any significant delay.

Product Suitability

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is suitable for their machine, application, material, process and operating environment.

Any guidance provided by CNC Solutions Ltd is based on information supplied by the Customer and is provided in good faith. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, such guidance does not constitute a guarantee of suitability for a specific application.

Installation and Use

Products must be installed, operated and maintained correctly and in accordance with any relevant instructions, technical documentation and standard industry practice.

CNC Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for faults, damage or performance issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, unsuitable operating conditions, unauthorised modification, incorrect electrical supply, incorrect vacuum supply, incorrect compressed air supply or operator error.

Warranty Claims

If a product is alleged to be faulty, the Customer must notify CNC Solutions Ltd as soon as reasonably possible and provide sufficient information to allow us to assess the issue.

Before authorising any return, repair, replacement, credit or refund, CNC Solutions Ltd reserves the right to request photographs, videos, serial numbers, installation details, operating conditions, diagnostic information, maintenance records, fault descriptions and any other evidence reasonably necessary to assess the reported issue.

Where appropriate, CNC Solutions Ltd may require the allegedly defective item or component to be returned for inspection and testing before determining whether a manufacturing defect exists.

Where a claim relates to a specific component or accessory, CNC Solutions Ltd reserves the right to request the return of only that component or accessory for inspection. CNC Solutions Ltd shall not be obliged to accept return of unrelated products supplied as part of the same order.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, CNC Solutions Ltd will, where appropriate and permitted by law, repair or replace the defective product or component. A refund will only be considered where repair or replacement is not appropriate or cannot reasonably be provided.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty cover does not apply to faults, damage or failure caused by:

• Incorrect installation or setup;
• Incorrect use or operation;
• Operator error;
• Use outside the intended operating conditions;
• Incorrect electrical supply, vacuum supply or compressed air supply;
• Insufficient maintenance or cleaning;
• Contamination, swarf, coolant ingress, dust, moisture or foreign objects;
• Accidental damage;
• Unauthorised modification or repair;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Consumable items, unless defective on arrival;
• Damage during return shipping caused by inadequate packaging.

Returns

Goods must not be returned without prior written authorisation from CNC Solutions Ltd.

Returned goods must be properly packaged and protected for transport. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are adequately packaged and insured where appropriate.

Where a return is authorised for inspection, repair or replacement, CNC Solutions Ltd will confirm the return procedure in writing.

Prices and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice unless a written quotation has been issued and remains valid.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude delivery, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes and any other applicable charges.

The Customer is responsible for paying all amounts due in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Delivery, Customs and Import Charges

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where goods are shipped internationally, the Customer is responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees and other import-related charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

CNC Solutions Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, freight forwarders or incorrect information supplied by the Customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business, machine downtime, labour costs, installation costs, removal costs or third-party claims.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
